Sunshine Beach Family Photography at Your Holiday Accommodation

Lately, I’ve had a few families choose to have their photo sessions right where they’re staying; and I have to say, it’s one of my favourite ways to capture relaxed, meaningful images. Recently I photographed a family celebrating their mum’s 70th birthday at a beautiful Sunshine Beach home, and not long before that, another family session at accommodation in Marcus Beach. Both were so effortless and full of genuine connection.
Having your Sunshine Beach family photography session at your accommodation takes away all the stress of getting ready, packing up, and heading somewhere new. You can stay in your own space, enjoy a drink on the deck, let the kids and pets play, and just ease into it naturally. It’s such a simple setup, but it always leads to photos that feel real and joyful.
Many Sunshine Coast holiday homes, especially around Sunshine Beach, Marcus Beach, and Noosa, have gorgeous light, open areas, and beautiful gardens that make perfect backdrops. I love exploring each space with families to find the little spots that suit their personalities and the flow of the day.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, or family getaway, having your photo session right where you’re staying can make it feel even more relaxed and personal. The best moments often happen when you’re comfortable, surrounded by the people (and pets!) you love.
